Samsung Electronics is set to deliver one of the strongest financial performances in its history, fueled by a sharp rise in memory chip prices and booming demand linked to artificial intelligence. The South Korean technology giant recently projected a nearly three-fold increase in operating profit for the fourth quarter of 2025, signaling a powerful recovery in the global semiconductor market after a prolonged downturn.

The world’s largest memory chipmaker estimated operating profit of around 20 trillion won for the final quarter of the year, alongside consolidated sales of approximately 93 trillion won.
